In collaboration with The Garden in San Salvador, wellnúno offers pesticide-free produce sourced within 20 miles of the facility. We also source organic produce from the local farmers' market, fostering a connection with our community and the origins of our nourishment.

Farm-to-Table Fare.

Guests enjoy spring water with an optimal PH balance and dissolved solid content, flowing directly from an on-property waterfall. The property also features hundreds of varieties of exotic fruits, fresh eggs from free-range chickens, hand-crafted artisanal dairy products, and ancient grains, all designed to support health and well-being.

Chef Ryan

After graduating Le Cordon Bleu in 2009, Ryan spent most of his career in farm-to-table restaurants learning under chefs, farmers, fishermen and breeders. Primarily working in French and Italian restaurants, Ryan brings old world technique to the modern day. When not in the kitchen Ryan spends a lot of time traveling the globe and studying different food cultures.
